I was hoping to find a cheap broadband and telephone bundle in Sydney, Australia. So I went to Google.com.au and searched “broadband telephone bundle”. Although I didn’t exactly find what I need, I noticed there was a Google AdWords PPC ad which reads:

Google Online Ads
Why advertise in the phonebook when
you could advertise on Google?

I did another search using IE and got another Google ad:

Google Listed Ads
Reach Aussies Searching For You. Set Your Own Budget. Start Now!

Does anyone think someone who is searching “broadband telephone bundle” will also be interested in using AdWords?

If Google Australia hires me to do their PPC campaigns, I will definitely do a better job. Oh, wait, maybe I couldn’t because anyway you cannot calculate the ROI! The reason is simple - AdWords is free for Google itself, isn’t it?
